Ensure that the contrast between the non-text element and its background meets the minimum contrast ratio.

• Graphics should have a contrast ratio of at least 3:1
• User interface components should have a contrast ratio of at least 3:1
• For icons depending on their size and visual complexity a contrast of 3:1 or 4.5:1
